Smooth out your spirits before bottling with Fusion Barrel Works activated carbon — made entirely from the scrap American white oak offcuts produced during barrel head manufacturing. No fillers, no additives, no mystery wood — just 100% white oak carbon with a known origin.

Activated carbon works by adsorbing fusel oils, harsh aldehydes, and other unwanted congeners that accumulate during fermentation and distillation. The result is a noticeably smoother, cleaner spirit without stripping the oak-derived flavors you worked to develop during aging.

How to use: Add carbon to your spirit in a muslin bag or filter vessel, let it sit for 24–72 hours depending on desired filtration intensity, then pass through a fine filter before bottling. Start with less contact time to preserve more barrel character.

Each bag: 100g of activated carbon — enough to filter approximately 1–2 liters of spirit.
